I have a humble (and vulnerable!) community support request.
Most of my live events, with the exception of my groups for the patients living with complex chronic diseases out of the internal medicine clinic (BC-CLMF), have been more elaborate in person events.
The time has come for me to shift and simplify my offerings, bringing them to you in the comfort of your own home and teaching you how to weave these practices into your busy day to day lives. This is where real change happens.
The challenge: a lot of my followers are from my in-person events. They’re not necessarily going to be the same people who resonate with connecting with this work in their homes, online, or in their day-to-day lives. This is no longer about aesthetic, it’s about creating significant and lasting change in our REAL LIVES. The type of change that is measured through thousands of little moments in our day-to-day lives and interpersonal relationships. This is not the social-media-worthy aesthetic that appeals to a lot of people. This is the grit. The inner-resilience building. The authentic and messy connections. This is the real sh*t.
That’s not to say that our ceremonies weren’t, but, what is it if it’s not implemented beyond that time and space?
It’s going to take me some time and shifting to find who my people are now. Who the people are who resonate with this type of work. The online spaces, the authenticity, the messy.

In addition to my years of experience in (12ish years depending on the modality) meditation, energy healing, ceremonies, equinox/solstice/moon work, past life regression, and other energetic and soul-based work, I will also be through my somatic inquiry certification in a couple of months and things here are well on their way to expansion āØ

She does this through her online community - EmbodiedSoul with Denise Elysa, her 1:1 sessions - particularly her Bridge to Embodiment Program, and through her podcast - Coming Home to Ourselves with Denise Elysa. Additionally, she is contracted to two of the Internal Medicine Specialists at the BC-CLMF to co-facilitate group sessions for their patients.
