A Guide to Collaboration, Partnership & Connection
Denise Elysa
Denise Elysa is a practitioner and teacher of multiple modalities including somatic inquiry, intuitive energy healing, past life regression, oracle card reading and meditation. Blending somatic inquiry, somatic parts work, nervous-system informed education, intuition and grounded spirituality, she helps people who feel disconnected or chronically unwell reconnect with themselves, increase their capacity and awaken their inner healer, without requiring medical validation or overwhelming routines.
While Denise works with guests of all different lifestyles, needs and backgrounds, she holds a special place in her heart for those living with complex chronic diseases such as ME/CFS, MCAS, Fibromyalgia, POTS, hEDS, Lyme disease and co-infections, as well as other coexisting conditions. After years of navigating her own recovery through over 30 different medical diagnoses, she is living out what she considers to be her life's work by supporting others in the same methods that got her out of a wheelchair and a life filled with anxiety, depression and disconnection, and back to herself.
Denise is proud to collaborate or work alongside:
Supporting people with their health and wellbeing.
Navigating complex chronic illness, Lyme disease and co-infections, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, trauma, disability, and nervous system healing.
Her work sits at the rare intersection of somatic practice, nervous system science, and spiritual healing; grounded enough to be trusted by medical professionals, expansive enough to reach what medicine alone cannot.
Her energy healing foundation is rooted in Therapeutic Touch® (Level 3 / Applications of Inner Processes); her training has been acknowledged by the Therapeutic Touch International Association (TTIA) as meeting all course criteria. She is a member in good standing with the BCTTNS.
Works alongside Internal Medicine Specialists at the BC Center for Long COVID, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia (BC‑CLMF), co-facilitating group sessions for patients living with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Post-Viral Illness, Long COVID, MCAS, POTS, hEDS, Chronic Pain, and other co-occurring conditions.

Denise is open to meaningful partnerships with aligned professionals and communities. She believes that collaboration works best when it is genuinely aligned and supportive for all parties, both practitioners remain within their scope of practice, and the people at the center of the work are better supported because of the connection. Below are some of the ways that has looked in practice and can look going forward.
Denise is available to partner with medical professionals who want to offer their patients a nervous system and trauma-informed somatic and energetic healing complement to clinical care. Her existing relationship with Internal Medicine Specialists at the BC‑CLMF demonstrates her ability to work professionally and effectively within medical frameworks while bringing a distinct, non-clinical lens.

Full unedited recordings from live guest expert sessions remain inside the EmbodiedSoul community; edited versions are released publicly approximately four to six months later. Guesting with Denise means your expertise reaches two distinct audiences: the EmbodiedSoul community members and the public podcast audience.
Denise both receives and sends referrals as part of how she works. Referrals to Denise tend to come from physicians, naturopathic doctors, allied health professionals, and other practitioners who recognize that their patients or guests benefit from a team of people working alongside one another, each bringing a different scope of practice and area of expertise to the same person’s care.
In the same way, Denise frequently refers her guests to medical doctors, naturopaths, counsellors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and other practitioners whose expertise or scope of practice goes beyond her own. The goal in both directions is the same: to build a genuine network of support around each individual, so that her guests can receive the expertise they need, from trusted practitioners.
A bidirectional referral relationship means that when your expertise would genuinely serve someone in Denise’s community, she refers them to you, and when Denise’s work would genuinely support someone in yours, you refer them to her. Fit and safety are central to how Denise refers. She refers only to practitioners she trusts, whose values and approach she knows are a safe match for her guests and their individual needs.
Denise is available to offer one-time or recurring guest healing or teaching sessions within other practitioners' communities or group programs. Equally, she welcomes other facilitators to offer sessions inside EmbodiedSoul with Denise Elysa.
This is a wonderful way to cross-pollinate communities and offer members expanded support.
Denise is available to bring experiential, body-based education and support to schools, daycares, and community programs, as well as energy healing to hospice and medical care settings. Her facilitation is accessible and grounded, meeting people where they are rather than delivering content at them.
This work is offered across several streams and can be tailored accordingly.
For community members, families, and participants:
For educators and professionals: Denise also offers sessions specifically for teachers, educators, healthcare workers, and other professionals, particularly those navigating high rates of burnout. These sessions are experiential by design, offering nervous system connection, somatic tools, and guided meditation in a way that supports the individual directly and can also be integrated into their own professional practice.
For hospice and medical settings: Denise offers energy healing for patients and individuals in hospice and medical care settings, drawing on her foundation in Therapeutic Touch®.
Sessions can be offered as one-time presentations, workshop series, or ongoing support, virtually or on location in the South Delta, BC area.
Denise welcomes partnerships with brands that share her deep commitment to compassionate, holistic healing. This might include product features, affiliate relationships, sponsored content, or co-created offerings.
The best-fit brands serve people navigating wellness, chronic illness, somatic healing, or grounded spirituality and lead with integrity, care, and a genuine respect for the people they serve.
