Welcome Yourself Home

So often our society demands that we live in fast-forward; and so often when it doesn’t, the discomfort that we feel inside of ourselves, inside of our bodies, inside of our minds, causes us to live that way anyway.

Always onto the next thing, before we’ve given ourselves the time and presence to enjoy the current thing. We jump ahead before we’ve had time to truly land, and then get upset with ourselves when we slip and fall in the mud.

We seem to have this societal belief that if we just tried harder, success would come easily. That it is some sort of failure on our part to not succeed at all the things. That our worth as a human being – and what success is - is directly tied to our level of production, how many hours we work, how stressed we are, and our financial gain.

Or, that if we slow down and honor our bodies and our own inner processes first, that we might miss something; when, in reality, it is this urgent way of living that often creates an environment within us where we miss the most important things and tune out the whispers of our soul.

This way of being that so many of us have inherited disconnects us from ourselves. It turns the volume down on our intuition and turns our ego’s dialogue up loud. It asks us to ignore our natural cyclical rhythms and our bodies and discounts much of what it is to be human.

We do not have a soul. We have a body. We are a soul in human form.

Our intuition is part of our most natural way of being. It is not something that some people have, and some people don’t.

Coming home to ourselves is practically an act of rebellion in the societal times we are living in. Tuning in - to the rhythms of our souls, to our cyclical nature, to our most innate and intuitive, authentic ways of being.

More and more, we are waking up; we are coming back to life. We are creating safety in our bodies. We are breathing intention and awareness into the heart of who we really are and beginning to embrace our truest selves deeper and more authentically. We are beginning to feel, shift and flow, all the things our ancestors were not safe to do.

The healers, mystics, creatives within us; we are rising.

We are once again, coming home to ourselves. Meeting ourselves more deeply and more authentically and returning to a way of being that honors the sensitive within.

This is your invitation, it’s time to come home to your self.

To slow down.
To create safety within your body.
To become comfortable sitting with yourself.
To embrace stillness.
To become one with yourself; a heart, a body, a mind, a soul – in true alignment.
To call all the pieces of yourself, lost or fragmented along the way, back to you.
To connect with the earth and universal energies.
To anchor deeply.
To lean in and be with “what is”.
To come home to your body.

Welcome yourself home.
