In a world where fast-paced living often overshadows personal growth, Trish Prevost invites you to slow down and tune into the quiet whispers of your body and embrace them as a beacon of transformation.
I first met Trish in our Past Life Regression Certification and later won a 1:1 session with her through her social media channels. This session was such a beautiful gift and showed me the deep layers of intuitive work that she specializes in – something that can only truly be felt and understood through experiencing it. From there, bringing her onto the podcast was a natural choice as our conversations were already filled with topics that light me up and are not heard in typical day-to-day conversation. I am so grateful to have people in my life who want to deep-dive into the unseen with me and extract the incredible healing found within it.
Trish’s journey from a 20-year career in physiotherapy to becoming a visionary in intuitive healing arts is a testament to the power of listening to one’s inner whispers, as well as shifting with the flow of life rather than against it. In this episode, we explore how she transitioned from body-based healing into spiritual and energetic work, the courage it took to let go of her physiotherapy practice and licencing, and the gifts it has brought to her own healing as well as her family’s through the deep ancestral lineage work she loves to explore.
Trish’s love for human anatomy began early in her life, leading her to a successful career as a physical therapist. However, her desire for deeper connections, more significant results and more time with clients pushed her to explore different approaches. “The body was always my guide,” Trish shares, highlighting how her scientific background seamlessly blended with energy healing practices.
One of my favourite parts of Trish’s work involves ancestral lineage healing. In our 1:1 session she mapped out my family line as well as the family I partnered into and the family we’ve created. Through this mapping we were able to see differently how various aspects of our healing or challenges link together. In our podcast episode, she explains how unresolved ancestral patterns can manifest in our lives, affecting our well-being. Through her sessions, Trish helps clients release these burdens, allowing her clients to live more authentically. “We all deserve to travel lighter,” she emphasizes, underscoring the importance of breaking cycles for future generations.
Trish’s personal experiences, including motherhood and family dynamics, have been catalysts for her growth. She candidly shares how her children’s challenges prompted her to look within and address her own ancestral patterns. This introspection not only transformed her family life but also deepened her understanding of the healing work she offers.
Trish Prevost’s journey is a powerful reminder of the transformative potential within each of us. By embracing our unique paths and listening to our inner guidance, we can create ripples of change that extend beyond ourselves. Her story and guidance inspires us to trust the process and embrace the symphony of life.
