Weekend Energy Update

Sunday is the New Moon, Solar Eclipse, and our Autumn Equinox Event! (Equinox falling the following day)

Oof! This energy can be a lot.

Which is why I’m so excited to hold you all in ceremony as we connect with the shifting of the seasons and our inner + higher selves. Our soul has always known the way. It is available, ready to guide you, if you take the time and intention to connect with it.

This can be a difficult thing to do in a world that constantly asks more of you.

Asks you to busy yourself, distract yourself, leave your-Self.

Coming Home to Ourselves is an act of rebellion in a world that relies on you following the crowd and fitting the mold; taking the next “obvious” step rather than the next step that is in right relationship with your Self, with your soul.

“But how can we hear where our soul wants us to go?”

By intentionally carving out the time to tune in — not waiting for a break in our day that never comes. When we wait for that space that fills before we reach it, we can go whole seasons — whole years even — without ever intentionally slowing down, tuning in, listening, and inviting our souls to come online and be a regular part of our lives.

My life and way of being has already been changed in this energy, has yours? Is it in alignment with where you want to go, and how you want to walk through this world?

By the way, if you haven’t registered for the Autumn Equinox event yet and are feeling the pull, I ended up leaving registration open past the cut-off date due to a few things happening behind the scenes (if you’re part of my email list, you’ll know all about it). The booking system will automatically stop registration 24 hours before the event, so if you’re feeling it, register now.

About Denise Elysa

Denise Elysa is a practitioner and teacher of multiple modalities including somatic inquiry, intuitive energy healing, past life regression, oracle card reading and meditation. Blending somatic inquiry, somatic parts work, nervous-system informed education, intuition and grounded spirituality, she helps people who feel disconnected or chronically unwell reconnect with themselves, increase their capacity and awaken their inner healer, without requiring medical validation or overwhelming routines.

While Denise works with guests of all different lifestyles, needs and backgrounds, she holds a special place in her heart for those living with complex chronic diseases such as ME/CFS, MCAS, Fibromyalgia, POTS, hEDS, Lyme disease and co-infections, as well as other coexisting conditions. After years of navigating her own recovery through over 30 different medical diagnoses, she is living out what she considers to be her life's work by supporting others in the same methods that got her out of a wheelchair and a life filled with anxiety, depression and disconnection, and back to herself. She does this through her online community - EmbodiedSoul with Denise Elysa, her 1:1 sessions - particularly her Bridge to Embodiment Program, and through her podcast - Coming Home to Ourselves with Denise Elysa. Additionally, she is contracted to two of the Internal Medicine Specialists at the BC-CLMF to co-facilitate group sessions for their patients.
