It’s finally here!!
Preparing for this announcement has shown me areas that are asking to be accepted, loved, released, integrated or healed in my own self.
As I was building this sacred container every step felt divinely guided. Despite my web team not “getting” the work that I am creating, I knew in every cell of my body that what I was building was “right”. It was an act of fully stepping into the life I’m meant to be living and into offering the work that Spirit has been asking to share through me all these years. For a lot of its behind the scenes creation, I felt like the sole-believer in this project – which, in the past, would have sent me spiraling into self-doubt and halted the project completely. This time, I was acutely aware of how I was so naturally continuing to walk the path, knowing that Spirit was holding my hand and guiding my way.
Naturally, I thought this meant that I would consistently feel that confident. (Haha!).
Once it came time to go live and officially announce, so much old doubt, old stories, other people’s past opinions and outdated narratives around this type of work all filled my head with doubt, fear and hesitancy.
Who am I to be offering this work? Who made me a teacher? What if nobody orders it?
Worse, what if people order it, and then they don’t like it?
The truth is, this work is the very best (and most vulnerable) parts of my self laid out on a screen. This work is such a big part of who I am. It is how I live (not 24/7 obviously, I am human after all – and I suspect this will become a workshop in itself) it is much of my most authentic ways of being that are being shared with you.
It’s also the parts of me that people see the least. I’m not living my entire life in a spiritual community where everyone around me is open to and interested in this work. I’m living just outside of Vancouver, BC., where I live much like most of you. Running into community members and friends at daycare pickups, kids birthday parties and sports programs. Grocery shopping on the weekends. Husband working 10-12 hour days. As much as I dream of living in a smaller, more community-oriented, mindful and intentional community, a family, we are navigating the same society as most of you.
Heck, a lot of the people around me are resistant to exploring themselves at all. This side of me – this beautiful, authentic, connected, vulnerable and deeply intuitive side of me that I love so much – a lot of the people closest to me will never see it; because they will never choose to show up to one of my gatherings, do an online program, listen to my podcast, read my blog, or have a 1:1 session with me. They may not be willing to explore themselves in the ways that this inner work asks them to do, or it may not align for them, and as for this work and this side of me, they don’t “get it”. And maybe they never will. But you do.
The truth that I know in my soul is that this work isn’t for them. This work is for me and for all of you whom have aligned with it, who’s frequency has matched mine and has called you in like a soul song drawing you to the offerings that are needed for you at this time.
A lot of this fear stems from how our society currently consumes media and latches onto very small sound bites and runs with them – without the full context or any of the nuance that is required to fully understand what that person was trying to portray in that one quick sound bite. No program, social media post, workshop, ceremony or meditation (in-person, virtual, life or pre-recorded) can offer the full degree of nuance that I feel would most support people in this deep, inner work. Understanding that nuance takes years of different trainings, different practices, and even different teachers.
My hope is that through offering you an accessible way to connect with multiple different meditations, energy healing transmissions, workshops, ceremonies and more, that you will be able to connect with these nuances and how they align for you, and that through deeper, ongoing practice you will ultimately be empowered to embody the self-healer that lives within you.
Which brings me to the announcement of my newest offering: accessible, on-demand style, sacred energetic container with a growing library of meditations, ceremonies, workshops, energetic transmissions and more.
This creation has been years in the making and I am so grateful, excited and honored to share it with you now.
If you begin to explore it, you’ll notice that a few of the offerings are sliding scale – it is my intention to continue adding to these sliding scale offerings and build a large number of financially accessible workshops and other offers to support you in going deeper within and inviting you home to yourself.
Currently the sliding scale offerings are noted with a “suggested price $___” – if you click on those offerings, you will be lead to the information page where it will share more details about the program along with their value, and a box for you to input what you’re comfortable paying at this time, should you wish to order it. Most do have a set “lowest amount”. If you find yourself deeply called to one of these offerings and unable financially to pay the minimum amount, please reach out to me privately and we will find a way for your to access it. Should you be in a position to contribute more than the suggested amount and feel called to do so, please know that your contribution allows me to continue offering financial accessibility to those who need it.
The web development side of offering sliding scale built into my website was not an easy ask of my team. However, I have been the person in need of sliding scale options in the past, and I know how hard it was to ask for it. Typically, I would just go without, rather than face my fear of asking (even if it was offered). It is my lived experience that drove me to push for this to be integrated into my site in a way that did not require anyone to swallow their pride and reach out to me and ask for it.
I want to support healing throughout our community and world, not hinder it by limiting those who can afford to access it. And, simultaneously, this is both my life’s work and what supports me and my family financially. Being appropriately compensated for this work is what allows me to support the needs of myself and my family and therefore creates the ability for me to continue creating and offering this work. It is a beautiful cycle, and, finances are a crucial piece that allows that cycle to continue. I trust that everyone who is aligned with my offerings will pay what they can to access these services, that those who feel called and able to contribute more, will do so in support of the collective, and I truly hope that those who do need the financial accessibility support at this time, will utilize the sliding scale options in the ways that they need to, with gratitude instead of shame – for I truly am grateful to be able to offer the sliding scale options to you and I want you to use them as needed.
In order to ensure I maintain the capacity for any necessary back-end support, I will be monitoring how many orders of each offering there is per month, and at times I will set them to “temporarily sold out”, to be re-added to the available offers at the beginning of the following month. I am sharing this for a couple of reasons:
– I realize it is not common to set digital products to temporarily sold out, and I want you to know why I intend to do this as needed
– If there are ceremonies or any other “pre-order” offers that you feel drawn to, I recommend taking advantage of the pre-order options to ensure you receive what you are looking for. Recognizing that unlike most digital products, these may sell out.
– if there is something you’d like and it is set to “temporarily sold out” know that it will likely return the following month
Over the coming days and weeks I will continue to offer love and kindness to the parts of me that are whispering fears and doubts in my ear, I will ask these parts what they need and invite myself to meet them with curiosity and compassion. I will invite them into safety in my body, and will remind them that every step of this project has been divinely guided. That this is the culmination of over a decade of learning, teaching and integrating.
Over these same coming days and weeks I will begin announcing on social media and it would mean the world to me if you would be willing to share these posts or my new offerings with friends and family who come to your mind, knowing that maybe Spirit is guiding that too.
