New Moon in Pisces & Spring Equinox: Embodied Manifestation

There are moments when nature seems to open a doorway for renewal, inviting us to pause and begin again. When a New Moon aligns with the Spring Equinox, that invitation feels even stronger, offering space to release what feels complete and plant seeds for what’s next.

This New Moon in Pisces, arriving alongside the Equinox, creates a powerful opportunity for manifestation, reflection, and realignment. It’s not just about setting intentions, but about preparing your body and nervous system to hold what you’re calling in.

How can you work with this energy in a grounded, sustainable way?

Let’s explore what’s possible.

New Moon in Pisces & Spring Equinox: A Powerful Manifestation Portal

March 18th we have a New Moon in Pisces that coincides with the Spring Equinox on March 19th. This is an incredible portal for manifestation, new beginnings, clearing away outdated patterns, self-limiting beliefs and ways of being that no longer serve us. Our manifestation abilities are amplified at this time due to the energetics of the Spring Equinox along with the New Moon, which is the part of the moon cycle that we would normally utilize in manifesting practices.

Why Nervous System Capacity Is Essential for Sustainable Manifestation

I’ve discussed embodied manifestation practices in length in other blog posts and foundational workshops but if you’re not familiar with it, manifesting is about way more than affirmations and writing rituals.

To effectively manifest and have those manifestations land in your life in tangible and sustainable ways, we cannot bypass nervous system healing or capacity and solely work with energy healing or basic manifestation rituals. When we successfully call in what we’re wishing for, we need to have the associated energetics and nervous system capacity, flexibility and resiliency to hold and sustain it.

Spring Equinox Energy: Renewal, Abundance & New Beginnings

The Spring Equinox is an energetic time of clearing, releasing, recalibrating, renewal, growth, manifesting, new beginnings, fertility and abundance.

New Moon in Pisces Themes: Big Dreams, Clarity & Sustainable Change

The New Moon in Pisces is weaving in energetic support for big dreams, clarity, tangible action and applying the steps to create sustainable change.

Mercury Retrograde & Revisiting Your Goals During the New Moon

With Mercury Retrograde still in effect, this is also the perfect time to revisit big goals and desires that you may have previously attempted but didn’t quite land. If something big feels as though it’s calling you back at this time, it may be worth revisiting during this New Moon and Spring Equinox.

Why Spring Equinox Ceremonies Amplify Manifestation Energy

I know I’ve mentioned before that full ceremonies are not the only way to successfully work with the energetics of the Full or New Moons. This is still true, however, with the accompanying Spring Equinox, this really is the ideal time to gather in community for ceremony, ritual, and amplified manifesting abilities. When we gather in alignment with similar intentions, rituals or energetic goals we amplify each participant’s energy in a way that supports every person there with what they’re calling in or setting intentions for at that time.

Community Healing, Co-Regulation & Seasonal Ceremony Work

In The Seasonal Pause, my Equinox and Solstice Ceremonies, we utilize the power of gathering in (virtual) circle and ceremony to attune to and explore the collective themes and how they’re showing up in our personal lives, relationships, bodies, intuitions, energetic processes and nervous systems. We do this through various modalities including guided practices, meditation, energy healing, somatic healing, oracle card reading and community. We don’t heal in isolation, we heal through community; in being witnessed and bearing witness to others, in receiving co-regulation and offering co-regulation, and in the mirroring process that can only happen in relation to others.

Choosing the Right Spring Equinox Gathering for You

You don’t have to join my events specifically; there are many available both in person and virtual. What is most important is that you feel aligned with the space and the energy and values of the practitioner hosting. If you feel called to a Spring Equinox event at this time, I recommend exploring that for yourself. These types of gatherings can open doors of new beginnings and potent energetic processes that can launch us into the direction we are looking to go.

At-Home Spring Equinox Rituals & Manifestation Practices

If you don’t feel called or able to attend a Spring Equinox Ceremony or other gathering at this time to support you, planting seeds meditations, New Moon rituals and manifestation journaling rituals can be a good place to begin on your own. If you’re already well equipped with the energy healing, somatic therapy tools and nervous system level felt-sense practices that lead to effective and sustainable manifestation and overall health and well-being, then you’re ahead of the game and likely well equipped to do this work on your own. If you’re not, that’s okay. It is beneficial to just begin, exactly where you are, and learn as you go. I started that way over 13+ years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made for my physical and mental health, nervous system capacity and resiliency, and my life overall.

Starting Your Manifestation & Nervous System Healing Journey

I don’t think I’d be where I am today in my body, mind, or career, without taking those first steps even though at the time I had no possible idea of where it would lead me. I’m sure glad I’m here.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) How will the New Moon affect Pisces?

While this New Moon will impact all the zodiac signs in various ways, for Pisces or anyone with strong Pisces placements, this New Moon can feel deeply personal. It may heighten intuition, sensitivity, and emotional awareness. You might feel more connected to your dreams, creativity, and inner guidance.

Because Pisces energy is already imaginative and visionary, this lunation can amplify big dreams and spiritual insight. However, it also asks for grounding. This is where nervous system support becomes essential. The key is not only dreaming, visioning and manifesting through flow, but creating enough internal stability to bring those dreams into tangible form. It’s a powerful time for clarity, closure, and recommitment to what truly feels aligned with your soul.

2) What kind of energy does a New Moon bring?

A New Moon brings the energy of renewal and potential. It’s like fertile soil; quiet, dark, and full of possibility. Rather than culmination or celebration (which aligns more with a Full Moon), the New Moon is about planting seeds.

Energetically, it invites introspection, intention setting, and recalibration. In Pisces, that energy becomes softer, intuitive, and spiritually attuned. When paired with the Spring Equinox, it carries amplified themes of rebirth, growth, and new beginnings. It’s not about dramatic external action,  it’s about aligning internally so your next steps come from clarity and embodiment.

3) What is the spiritual significance of the March Spring Equinox?

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Spring Equinox lands in March. Simultaneously, the Southern Hemisphere will be experiencing Autumn Equinox, which those of us in the Northern Hemisphere will celebrate in September.

The Spring Equinox marks a point of balance; equal day and night, symbolizing harmony between light and shadow, inner and outer worlds. Spiritually, it represents renewal, rebirth, and the start of a new energetic cycle.

It’s a time for clearing what feels complete and consciously choosing what you want to cultivate moving forward. Because it carries themes of fertility, abundance, and growth, many traditions see it as a portal for manifestation. When approached intentionally, especially in the amplified energetics of supportive and aligned community, it can be a powerful moment to recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect with your deeper desires, and step forward with grounded clarity.

4) How do I embody gratitude for manifestation purposes?

Embodying gratitude is the practice of feeling gratitude in your body through your felt senses. It cannot be done through force or through performance, but through consistent and simple practice it can become quite natural.

Our brains will always take the quickest and most ingrained route available to them. This means for example, if you’re not used to experiencing gratitude, your brain will take you to the familiar sensation (chaos, loss, grief, victimhood, etc.,) rather than the unfamiliar pleasant sensation (calm, gratitude, love, forgiveness, pleasure, confidence, etc.,). The good news is, through somatic inquiry, intuitive energy healing, meditation and other neuroplasticity techniques, we can rewire our neuropathways so that the quickest route is the one we desire. This gives us back some agency and autonomy in our choices, bodies, and experience of life.

To embody gratitude before having a lot of practice or experience to do so naturally, there are workshops such as the Embodied Manifesting Foundations workshop or the Gratitude Immersion workshop which can support you, as well as gratitude meditations and journaling practices. To begin on your own, you can begin by settling into your body, connecting with your felt senses, and bringing up something in your mind that you genuinely are grateful for. This could be as simple as a good cup of coffee out of your favourite mug, or snuggles from a loving pet, food in your fridge or access to a roof over your head or warm blankets. Bring to mind whatever is true for you, and begin to bring your awareness to the sensations in your body as you’re bringing your gratitude to the forefront.

Through ongoing practice and continuing to explore sensation, this practice can become much easier to access and eventually automatic as well as significantly deeper both in process and in sensation.
