For over 5 years it has been a dream of mine to create a way to offer this work sustainably and affordably.
My partner always teases me that if we were to win the lottery, he would finally be able to give up working a regular job and that I would continue to do this work for free. He’s probably right. This work is not just my career, it’s where I feel most at home, most enlivened, most connected and attuned. What I offer to you through my 1:1 sessions, pre-recorded on-demand offerings, meditations, groups and more, it is my life’s work. My purpose, here in this lifetime. How privileged am I, to be able to spend my life doing this work? Very, in my opinion. And I am grateful.
And the dream I’ve had about bringing sustainability and affordability into this work is finally here!
It’s no secret that much of these deep inner processes are priced at a point that the average person cannot manage. And yet, this work is something we all deserve to have access to. As both a practitioner and as someone who has at various times in my life, needed financial support and sliding scale in order to access various tools and services required to move me forward, this is something I’ve battled with ongoing in my practice. I’m talking losing sleep at night, for extended periods of time, because I was trying to validate how I could lower my prices (or keep them low at times when I was needing to increase them).
As a client and a student I have also privately criticized some other practitioners and teachers (alone, at home in the privacy of conversations with my partner) because I was uncomfortable with stretching my own finances to be able to access their services, and, being on the consumer end, I had no insight into what that teacher or practitioner’s overhead costs were, how much they paid into their own training, how many staff they needed to pay from what was being brought in through their work, etc.
I am both expanding and simplifying at the same time. I am honoring that I have staff to pay, hosting platforms, mailing list platform, website, continued training, and many other costs to cover, and that even with all of the overhead, my dream of bringing affordability to this work has never waivered.
You may have seen hints of what’s coming in recent emails and social posts. If you’ve been exploring my website recently, you may have gotten a full preview prior to this announcement as my team and I have quietly worked behind the scenes to prepare for this proper announcement.

Earlier I mentioned I was simplifying as well as expanding.
