This recording of The Seasonal Pause: Autumn Equinox 2025 is a beautiful blend of meditation, oracle card readings, guidance, connection and reflection. In following along at home you will attune to the shifting seasons as well as your own inner-cyclical nature. You will be guided through centering practices, offered intuitive guidance, guided through a meditation to connect with earth, water, fire, air as well as with your own inner-knowing and higher self for guidance on what it is time to let go of, what seeds are ready to be planted and other intuitive guidance for your path forward. Energy healing is offered throughout the meditation for deeper and more supportive shifts. Optional journaling prompts are offered for greater integration and deeper reflection.
