These sessions are a private place to slow down and listen. Denise meets you in sensation, story, and the places that feel stuck, without asking you to perform or explain yourself perfectly.
You might come for support with emotional repression, nervous-system overwhelm, or a wish to feel more at home in your body. The work is educational and wellness-based. It is not medical or therapeutic treatment.
Sessions can be in person or online. After you write, Denise will help you find a time that fits.
