1:1 sessions are currently being accepted off of my waitlist only, with priority offered to those who want to work with me in a longer format through The Bridge to Embodiment as well as single session Past Life Regressions.

My work has shifted with the addition of my Somatic Reconditioning Practitioners Certification. I have seen how this work blends beautifully with what I've already been offering for years, and how it offers doorways into deeper, more trauma-informed transformation to offer the powerful and sustainable, real-life shifts that my guests are seeking.

This work has never been something that is expected to create long-term shifts in a single session, though I honor that it can happen. There are many layers to this and as the shifting of my work calls me deeper, it no longer feels aligned or safe for me to offer this work in single sessions. Creating real change requires safety, time, trust and titration.

My intention is to honor my current waitlist for single sessions, and then to prioritize working with people who are ready to commit to a longer professional relationship. For this, I have developed The Bridge to Embodiment package which includes a blend of 1:1 sessions, exclusive between-session support, access to the EmbodiedSoul Community App, and more. This way of working together over a longer period of time, while taking less clients at once, feels the most effective, aligned, and most importantly safest for myself and my guests at this time.

That being said, if you feel that a single session method is the right option for you, please add your name to my waitlist, specifying the session type, and let me know a bit about why you'd like to be considered for a single 1:1 Intuitive Energy Healing + Somatic Inquiry Session instead of the longer arrangement. This deeper, more intimate work is not for everyone, and that's okay.
